About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Elevenlabs, you will play a pivotal role in building and executing an effective outbound sales strategy, working closely with the Account Executives to drive business growth. What You Will Do

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market, utilizing tools like Adjust for data analysis and Excel for reporting.
  • Develop and implement personalized outreach campaigns to initiate contact with potential customers, leveraging phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executives to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends, ensuring a cohesive sales strategy.
  • Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on the feedback loop, analyzing data to optimize results and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.
  • Engage in regular discussions with the sales leadership to analyze data, discuss challenges, and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, best practices, and knowledge bases to support team growth and performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a tech or software sales environment, with a proven track record of securing new business meetings and driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, with the ability to apply these in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and data analysis software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences and convey complex ideas simply.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
