## About the Role As a Sales Development Representative at Hutch, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating the sales process, and driving business growth. ## What You Will Do - Conduct outbound prospecting and networking to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients - Develop effective sales strategies and tailor approaches based on target markets and industry trends - Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies - Qualify leads through strategic questioning and understanding of client needs - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using HubSpot CRM software - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation efforts - Share updates and reports on lead generation progress, pipeline status, and conversion metrics regularly to leadership - Provide valuable feedback to improve sales processes and messaging - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve sales strategies - Participate in sales meetings and presentations, as necessary - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
