About the Role

The Sales Development Representative at 2U Alumni will be responsible for driving interest in our educational offerings and setting up meetings for our Business Development Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify marketing and individually generated leads.
  • Plan and execute prospecting activities using outreach tools, Salesforce, cold calling, and email to create new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects' needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Schedule meetings or calls between prospective customers and sellers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the database.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of leads and manage time efficiently.
