About the Role

The Sales Development Representative position at Adlook is a key role in the company's sales team, focusing on lead generation and pipeline growth through strategic outreach efforts. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve lead generation and pipeline growth targets
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to potential clients, utilizing a consultative sales approach
  • Utilize sales engagement and automation tools for efficient outreach and follow-ups
  • Handle objections and drive meaningful conversations to qualify leads
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales strategies and goals
  • Leverage CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce for tracking prospect interactions and pipeline progress
  • Conduct research to find and verify prospects' contact details using tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Clearbit
  • Adapt messaging for different buyer personas in enterprise and mid-market segments
  • Meet and exceed quota in lead generation and pipeline contribution
  • Participate in sales performance analysis to improve sales strategies

What We Are Looking For

  • Native or fluent English language skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role within a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding quota in lead generation and pipeline contribution
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Proficiency in sales engagement and automation tools
  • Ability to adapt messaging for different buyer personas
  • Previous experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or Tech Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data research tools like SalesIntel and SalesIQ
  • Knowledge of sales analytics and performance metrics
  • Certification in sales or marketing
