About the Role
Berry Virtual is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join their team in El Salvador. As the first point of contact for prospects, you will play a critical role in driving the top of the sales funnel and booking meetings with potential clients. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth.The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. You will work closely with account executives and sales managers to build a pipeline of qualified leads and schedule consultations. This role requires strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as experience with outbound prospecting and lead research.

What You Will Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Build lead lists using websites, LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, or industry directories
- Research prospects to personalize outreach, including company size, focus, and pain points
- Qualify inbound leads and determine fit based on company criteria
- Schedule consultations for the sales manager or in-person closing team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in a CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns and events
- Understand the company's offerings, ideal customer profile, and value proposition
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets, including calls, emails, and meetings booked
- Track and report outreach performance and lead conversion metrics
What We Are Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of sales development experience in the healthcare, aesthetic, or wellness industry
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
- Proficient in lead research and personalized outreach using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Crunchbase
- Experience using CRM systems
- Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Stable and high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 MBPS or higher
- Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher
- Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
- Designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions

- Experience with marketing automation tools

- Certification in sales development or a related field
