Job Description

About the Role

Haven is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive its go-to-market strategy. This is an exciting role for individuals with a background in EHS software, aimed at engaging with safety leaders and promoting innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and engage potential customers within target industries.
  • Develop customized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events, using language that resonates with safety leaders.
  • Qualify both inbound and outbound leads by understanding the specific needs and challenges safety professionals face.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and the go-to-market leadership team to refine messaging and selective strategies.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads that can be handed off to Account Executives and other leadership.
  • Represent Haven at industry events, webinars, and conferences as the 'voice of the market.'

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience in a leading EHS software company.
  • Deep understanding of incident management, root cause analysis, and the challenges faced by EHS teams.
  • Proficient in tools such as HubSpot, CRM systems, and Apollo.io to manage pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
