About the Role
The Sales Development Representative - CRM role at Zeta Global is a crucial part of the company's sales team, responsible for qualifying leads and managing sales pipelines. As a key player in the sales process, you will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.The role entails researching potential clients, connecting with and educating prospects, and qualifying leads before handing them off to the sales team. You will be expected to consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas, driving the acquisition of new logos within the target market. Your ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing sales environment, combined with your knowledge of sales technologies, including lead management software and data platforms, will be essential in this position.
What You Will Do
- Meet all KPIs as set forth by the Manager of Sales Development
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual quota
- Drive the acquisition of new logos within the target market
- Efficiently and effectively qualify and process assigned leads into sales opportunities
- Become versed in Zeta Global's industry-leading technology offerings
- Research and gather business intelligence
- Drive traffic to and assist with generating attendance at trade shows and other events
- Provide follow-up activities consistent with the lifecycle of the sale to ensure meetings are completed
- Develop trust and relationships with prospects and customers
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads, contacts, and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

- Knowledge of MS Office products
- Knowledge of sales technologies, including lead management software, Salesforce CRM, data platforms, etc.
