About the Role
The Sales Development Representative role at Constructor is a unique opportunity to join a pioneering company in the ecommerce sector. As a key member of the EMEA team, you will focus on the DACH region, working closely with a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive and the Marketing team to generate high-quality leads and start meaningful conversations with potential customers. This associate-level role offers a clear growth path, tailored to your goals, and is supported by comprehensive training to help you become a successful professional in sales or other areas within the company.Day-to-day, you will engage in high-quality research to identify the right prospects within target accounts, personalizing every interaction based on a deep understanding of the prospect's industry, role, challenges, and business priorities. Your ability to initiate meaningful conversations centered on the customer's needs, pains, and goals will be crucial in building a strong customer pipeline.

What You Will Do
- Identify and engage the right prospects within target accounts through high-quality research and thoughtful outreach.
- Personalize every interaction by deeply understanding a prospect’s industry, role, challenges, and business priorities.
- Initiate meaningful conversations that center on the customer’s needs, pains, and goals, rather than pitching services upfront.
- Act as a trusted first point of contact, representing Constructor's values.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing to ensure alignment on account strategy and messaging.
- Share insights from prospect conversations to help refine the go-to-market approach and improve customer relevance.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach, research, and engagement in Salesforce, ensuring visibility and collaboration across the team.
- Continuously experiment with messaging, channels, and approaches to improve resonance and conversion.
- Participate in 10% on-site events, where you will engage with prospects and customers alongside the Constructor team.
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ year(s) experience in sales or sales development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German.
- Basic comfort working with sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Based in Europe, with the ability to work across EMEA time zones.
- Genuine interest in technology, ecommerce, and helping businesses solve complex challenges.
- Understanding of MEDDPICC is a plus.
