## About the Role As a Sales Development Representative at Huzzle, you will be at the forefront of the company's outreach efforts, identifying and engaging potential clients within the logistics, freight, supply chain, and e-commerce sectors. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating sales conversations, and booking meetings for senior sales executives. ## What You Will Do - Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to target logistics decision-makers - Identify and qualify potential clients within the freight, supply chain, and e-commerce sectors - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads - Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives - Clearly communicate the company's logistics solutions and value proposition - Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies - Stay up-to-date with logistics trends, shipping challenges, and industry terminology - Analyze sales data and feedback to continually improve sales techniques - Manage and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product offerings and their applications
## What We Are Looking For - Recent experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or transportation (no more than 2 years ago) - 1–3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or outbound sales role - Strong understanding of logistics operations (e.g., freight forwarding, last-mile delivery, warehousing) - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation or booking targets - Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar - Excellent communication and objection-handling skills - Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume activity - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Proficiency in German, both written and spoken
