About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Hire Hangar, you will play a crucial role in driving pipeline growth across various product lines, including Tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, FinTech, and AI. Your primary focus will be on identifying and qualifying sales-ready opportunities through outbound prospecting campaigns. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted messaging and strategies to engage decision-makers in fast-paced B2B environments.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales development, with experience working in a remote environment and utilizing collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace. You will be expected to maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity, as well as collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to continuously improve sales strategies.
As a key member of the sales team, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of cutting-edge products and technologies, and to develop a deep understanding of the sales process and the needs of decision-makers in the industry.
What You Will Do
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify sales-ready opportunities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales readiness
- Educate prospects on SaaS, cybersecurity, FinTech, and AI solutions and their benefits
- Set qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on messaging and targeting
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the sales process and the needs of decision-makers in the industry
- Utilize sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, and Apollo to streamline sales outreach and follow-up
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and engage with potential customers
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in a B2B environment
- Experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Prior experience working with US or UK-based companies
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and meeting quota targets
- Experience selling or supporting SaaS products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, and Apollo
Nice to Have
- Background in tech, cybersecurity, FinTech, or AI-driven platforms
- Experience selling to technical or executive-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with account-based sales strategies
