## About the Role The Sales Development Representative role at Hireframe is a pivotal position that requires a results-driven individual to engage with prospective customers, follow up on leads, and close sales. This high-volume outbound sales role demands strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build trust with customers over the phone. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will be conducting outbound calls to qualified leads, aiming for approximately 50-100 dials per day, with the goal of completing around 20 live conversations daily. The role involves guiding customers through the sales process, addressing objections, and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience. The ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities is also crucial.

As a key member of the sales team, the Sales Development Representative will work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. The role requires a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who can meet performance targets consistently and is comfortable discussing pricing, handling objections, and collecting customer payments.

## What You Will Do - Conduct 50-100 outbound dials per day to qualified leads to initiate sales conversations.

  • Complete approximately 20 live conversations daily with prospective customers to understand their needs and present solutions.
  • Follow up with 100-250 leads generated through customer events and marketing activities to nurture and convert them into sales.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, to ensure a smooth sales experience.
  • Close a minimum of 2 sales per week, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Process customer payments and ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and securely.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities to inform future sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, feedback, and insights to continuously improve sales performance.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to customers and stay ahead in the market.
## What We Are Looking For - Proven B2C sales experience, preferably in a high-volume phone sales environment where you have consistently met or exceeded sales targets.
  • Experience selling to an older demographic (ages 50–70) with the ability to understand and cater to their specific needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrated success in selling high-ticket products or services, with a strong understanding of how to handle objections and close deals.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to meet performance targets consistently, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Comfortable discussing pricing, handling objections, and collecting customer payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and targets.
## Nice to Have - Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track and analyze sales performance.
