About the Role

The Sales Development Representative position at Huzzle is a critical component of the company's expansion strategy across the European market. As a key member of the outbound sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating qualified leads, and booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives. This role requires a deep understanding of regional differences across Europe and the ability to adapt outreach strategies accordingly.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this position will involve executing outbound prospecting campaigns, leveraging tools such as email, cold calling, and LinkedIn to target key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will be adept at personalizing outreach based on country-specific trends and buyer personas, ensuring a tailored approach to each potential client. What You Will Do

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting European markets via email, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers across different European regions.
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives or closers.
  • Personalize outreach based on country-specific trends and buyer personas.
  • Manage pipeline and activities within CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and campaigns.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including meetings booked, qualified leads, and pipeline generated.
  • Utilize data and insights to refine sales strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the sales pipeline and provide regular updates.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in outbound sales targeting European markets.
  • Strong understanding of regional differences across Europe, including the UK, DACH, Nordics, Benelux, etc.
  • Experience with cold outreach, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones aligned with European business hours.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a remote, performance-driven environment.
