What You Will Do

  • Follow up with inbound prospects to ensure timely engagement

  • Utilize HubSpot and Salesforce to manage leads and track progress
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting role
  • Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar
  • Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
  • Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with prospects by phone
  • Basic CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
