About the Role

Kiavi is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join its team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Your day-to-day activities will include researching prospect lists, making outbound calls, and presenting Kiavi's services to potential clients.

What You Will Do

  • Research and identify potential clients, including real estate investors and developers
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Kiavi's services and build relationships
  • Present Kiavi's services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of working with the company
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and to provide feedback on the sales process
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including the number of new business opportunities identified and converted
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track sales activity
  • Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and existing clients
  • Participate in sales training and professional development opportunities to continually improve sales skills

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or a related field, preferably in the fintech or real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with potential clients
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of digital skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively

  • Experience working with real estate investors or developers
  • Knowledge of the fintech industry, including trends and competitor activity
