About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Legartis Technology AG, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's presence in the DACH region. Your primary focus will be on building pipeline for the enterprise team, identifying key accounts, and engaging senior stakeholders to create qualified opportunities. You will work closely with the marketing and account executive teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers.The role requires a unique blend of research, persistence, and sharp messaging skills, as you will need to navigate complex contract workflows and compliance pressures to identify potential sales opportunities. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent CRM hygiene, utilizing tools like HubSpot to track activity and measure progress.
What You Will Do
- Identify and research target accounts and stakeholders, including industry analysis, contract workflows, and compliance pressures
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
- Create and deliver personalized messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers
- Qualify leads using clear criteria, including ICP fit, pain, urgency, and next steps
- Collaborate closely with account executives on target lists, account plans, and multithreading strategies
- Work with marketing teams to develop campaigns, messaging tests, and content that drives conversion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including notes, stages, and activity tracking
- Continuously improve outreach and messaging strategies through testing and analysis
- Participate in occasional travel within the DACH region for team sessions, events, or key account meetings
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- 1-3+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft crisp and relevant outreach messages
- Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection, with a strong work ethic and ability to meet targets
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and sequencing tools
- Basic prospecting research skills, with the ability to analyze industry trends and contract workflows
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including qualification criteria and handover procedures
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Legal AI or contract management industry
- Familiarity with SaaS sales and the enterprise sales process
- Certification in sales or a related field
- Experience with marketing automation tools and content management systems
