About the Role
The Sales Development Representative position at Xplor is a crucial part of the company's growth strategy, focusing on driving pipeline creation and revenue growth. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, managing data quality, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. What You Will Do
- Generate ideal prospect lists for the sales team to engage with
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via multiple channels, including phone and email
- Book demos with Account Executives to showcase Xplor's platform
- Assist in data quality management and enrichment to ensure accurate sales data
- Learn and implement CRM best practices and workflows
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Target key accounts with a strategic, multi-modal outreach approach
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide feedback to the sales team on market conditions and competitor activity

- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
