About the Role

The Sales Development Representative role at Yuno is a critical component of the company's commercial expansion strategy. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging strategic enterprise accounts through meticulous research, innovative outreach, and relentless execution. Your primary objective will be to generate a robust pipeline of potential clients, leveraging your knowledge of GTM, Salesforce, and Excel to drive growth.

The role requires a deep understanding of the sales process, as well as the ability to think creatively and develop unique outreach strategies. You will be working closely with the sales team to design and implement effective sales workflows, utilizing tools such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, and basic scripting.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential enterprise accounts and decision-makers
  • Develop and execute customized outreach strategies to engage target accounts
  • Utilize GTM Engineering tools to streamline workflows and improve sales efficiency
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective sales processes
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform future sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Yuno's products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve sales outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering high-quality results

What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify and engage target accounts
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms and sales tools, particularly Salesloft, Apollo, and Salesforce
  • Experience with GTM Engineering tools, such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, and basic scripting
  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, including pipeline management and sales forecasting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI tools applied to sales, such as Claude, Claude Code, AI agents, prompting, and automations
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Certification in sales or a related field, such as HubSpot Sales or Salesforce Administrator
