## About the Role As a Sales Development Representative at Pavago, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through outbound sales efforts. Your day will be filled with researching potential clients, personalizing outreach, and engaging with prospects across multiple channels. You will be the first point of contact for many of Pavago's potential customers, making your role essential to the company's brand perception and sales pipeline. ## What You Will Do - Research and build lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Crunchbase - Execute daily outbound touchpoints across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video messages to engage with prospects and build relationships - Write and personalize outbound emails using sales engagement platforms like Outreach.io, SalesLoft, and HubSpot Sequences - Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, using scripts and objection-handling frameworks to drive conversions - Build and test multi-step cadences to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve reply rates - Collaborate with account executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure smooth transitions - Log all activities in Salesforce or HubSpot to maintain pipeline hygiene and track key metrics - Update lead and account records with accurate notes, stages, and outcomes to ensure data integrity - Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform product and market strategy

## What We Are Looking For - 1-2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation roles - Proficiency with at least one sales engagement platform (Outreach.io, SalesLoft, HubSpot, etc.) - Experience making cold calls and managing outbound campaigns - Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with prospects and colleagues - Resilient and motivated by goals and KPIs, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail - Curious researcher who can tailor outreach based on industry and persona - Process-driven yet adaptable, with the ability to test, learn, and iterate quickly

## Nice to Have - 2-4 years of experience in outbound sales development, with a proven track record of consistent quota attainment - Knowledge of B2B SaaS, marketing services, or professional services sales cycles - Familiarity with sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler, etc.) - Experience generating pipeline for enterprise or mid-market accounts
