About the Role
The Sales Development Representative role at LevelUp is a part-time, remote position that plays a crucial part in driving sales growth. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the founder to scale the sales and marketing side of the business. Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients, serving as the initial point of contact to build strong rapport.Day-to-day, you will leverage the GoHighLevel platform to generate a high volume of qualified leads and conduct proactive outbound outreach to potential clients via various channels. You will clearly articulate the value proposition of LevelUp's SaaS products to prospects and effectively overcome objections. Your ability to work autonomously, set priorities, and test new outreach strategies will be essential in this role.

What You Will Do
- Leverage the GoHighLevel platform to identify, prospect, and generate a high volume of qualified leads
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach to potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and other creative channels
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of LevelUp's SaaS products to prospects and effectively overcome objections
- Qualify leads and book appointments or conduct product demonstrations on behalf of the founder
- Manage the full sales cycle for low-ticket deals, from initial contact through to finalizing the sale
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all sales activities and lead statuses within the CRM
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the founder to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and to refine ongoing sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales development
- Provide feedback to the founder on sales performance and suggests areas for improvement
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, complete with a proven track record in successfully closing deals
- Demonstrable experience in high-ticket sales, even if your primary past roles involved low-ticket items
- A proactive and self-starter mentality, comfortable working autonomously, setting priorities, and testing new outreach strategies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong resilience and a proven ability to handle objections and rejection gracefully
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and open to coaching
- Comfortable with a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) setup
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
