What You Will Do
- Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, and other channels to engage potential real estate clients
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team with key decision-makers, including brokers, property managers, and real estate investors
- Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their challenges
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
- Continuously research the real estate market to identify new business opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business leads through networking and outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate industry, including trends, terminology, and key stakeholders
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to help improve overall sales performance
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales, preferably with a focus on the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including terminology, trends, and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-driven and highly motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales outreach tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organized and focused on results
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
