About the Role
The Sales Development Representative role at RTB House is pivotal in driving new business within the small and mid-market ecommerce segment. This position involves a high level of interaction with potential clients and agencies, focusing on connecting with decision-makers through targeted outreach and guiding prospects toward activation on RTB House's self-service platform. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a proven ability to conduct meaningful sales conversations. As part of the DACH team, which consists of 50 people, the successful candidate will be integral to the company's global presence, combining local expertise with the broader company vision.The day-to-day responsibilities will include executing a comprehensive outbound strategy using cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling to engage decision-makers within defined target accounts. This role is an individual contributor position centered on efficient prospecting, cold outreach, and closing deals within a short sales cycle. Collaboration with the sales department is crucial, as the team works together to deliver top-notch digital advertising solutions with professionalism, integrity, and passion to boost clients' businesses.

What You Will Do
- Execute a comprehensive outbound strategy to engage decision-makers within target accounts
- Conduct meaningful sales conversations and guide prospects toward activation on the self-service platform
- Work collaboratively with the sales department to deliver digital advertising solutions
- Utilize cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling as part of the outreach strategy
- Focus on efficient prospecting and cold outreach to close deals within a short sales cycle
- Manage a curated list of potential clients and agencies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RTB House's products and services
- Provide feedback to the sales team on market trends and customer needs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital advertising
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales development or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals within a short sales cycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and sales principles
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
