Day-to-day responsibilities will include prospecting business owners and decision-makers through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn. The Sales Development Representative will be working closely with Business Consultants to ensure smooth appointment handoffs and contribute to the company's overall growth. ## What You Will Do - Prospect business owners and decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other approved channels - Generate qualified appointments for Business Consultants - Conduct research on target accounts and identify key decision-makers - Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple touchpoints - Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking - Work closely with Business Consultants to ensure smooth appointment handoffs - Continuously improve messaging, objection handling, and sales skills - Achieve performance expectations, including outbound call activity, email activity, qualified appointments booked, appointment show rate, and revenue generated from booked meetings - Ensure CRM accuracy and hygiene - Consistently demonstrate a high level of energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
