About the Role

The Sales Development Representative role at BrowserStack is a critical part of the company's business development team. What You Will Do

  • Identify and hunt prospects through inbound and outbound motion and prospecting
  • Complete a volume of calls and emails to prospects on a daily basis
  • Call and email new prospects and develop business relationships with associations
  • Serve as the first in-depth point of contact to prospective partners and customers
  • Provide product information to prospective customers
  • Demonstrate solution-selling and relationship-building skills
  • Communicate and position the company's value proposition to prospects
  • Secure an assigned number of sales appointments
  • Document all calls and email activities on the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Account Executives in the US region to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-4 years of sales or business development experience with B2B corporate sales experience
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken, with a passion for technology
  • Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership, self-starter
  • Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop relationships over the phone
  • Organized, articulate, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Data-driven, results-oriented, and an outstanding team player
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools

  • Experience with sales automation tools and technology
