What You Will Do
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media
- Understand potential client needs and clearly articulate PartsBase solutions
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer demands, and competitive insights
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations to prospective clients
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to continuously improve sales strategies
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience required, with SaaS and B2B experience a plus
- Aviation industry experience is a bonus, but not required
- Comfortable making at least 50 cold calls per day
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with quick decision-making ability
