About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Roofr, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's customer base. Your primary focus will be on lead generation, qualification, and conversion, utilizing your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen to build strong relationships with potential customers. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, working closely with account executives to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize sales opportunities.The sales team at Roofr is built on a foundation of innovation, creativity, and a customer-centric approach. What You Will Do
- Execute a high volume of daily sales activities, including calls, emails, and social selling, to generate new leads and follow up on existing ones.
- Qualify inbound leads, assessing their potential for conversion and prioritizing those with the highest likelihood of success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple levels of buyers, from decision-makers to end-users, to understand their needs and preferences.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Document all sales interactions, including feedback, use cases, and next steps, to maintain accurate records and inform future sales efforts.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales techniques.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Roofr's products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer success, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related sales role, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, or Intercom, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms.
- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- A creative problem-solving approach, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to overcome sales challenges.
- Familiarity with the roofing and construction industries, or a willingness to learn and understand the specific needs and challenges of these sectors.
- Ability to work a PST schedule, located in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones.

- A background in digital sales, with experience in leveraging social media, email, and other online channels to drive sales growth.
