## About the Role Stress Free Auto Care is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team in Austin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to handle 75-100 inbound and outbound calls per day.
## Responsibilities - Convert inbound and outbound calls into confirmed vehicle service appointments - Achieve and exceed KPIs for conversion rates, upsells, and cross-sells - Provide VIP-level customer service to build trust and loyalty with customers - Communicate clearly with customers about services, timelines, and costs
## Requirements - Strong sales and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet KPIs - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
