## What You Will Do - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers inquiring about solar energy products and services.
- Qualify prospective customers by adhering to call quality standards and educating them about Sunrun's services.
- Review prospects' roof materials to determine eligibility for solar solutions.
- Overcome objections with integrity and professionalism.
- Gain confirmation that prospective customers understand the benefits of solar energy and are knowledgeable about their consent to a signed sales agreement.
- Manage solar prospect inquiries via email and online chat, including re-engaging with those who require future contact.
- Create reasonable expectations with prospective customers regarding the steps required to obtain a solar system from Sunrun.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English; fluency in another language is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ambition to succeed in a performance-based culture.
- Proficiency with email, Google Suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, with a preference for Salesforce experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts.
