Job Description

About the Role

Typeform is seeking a motivated and resilient Sales Development Representative to fuel its outbound sales engine. This role involves identifying, engaging, and qualifying new prospects across small to medium-sized businesses and mid-market accounts, working closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new pipeline through outbound efforts including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other creative outreach strategies.
  • Research and identify target accounts and key stakeholders using data and intent signals.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand customer needs, priorities, and potential fit.
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and set them up for success.
  • Personalize outreach with thoughtful messaging that speaks to real customer problems.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to refine targeting, messaging, and processes.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce and other sales tools.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing, or quota-driven roles within SaaS.
  • A strong interest in building a career in sales.
  • Comfort with outbound activity, including cold calling and emails.
