About the Role
The Sales Development Representative position at Vena Solutions is a pivotal role that involves reaching out to prospective clients, introducing them to Vena's product offerings, and determining how these solutions can meet their business needs. This role is integral to the company's sales strategy, focusing on building a robust pipeline of potential sales opportunities and collaborating closely with Regional Sales Managers to move prospects through the sales process efficiently. The ideal candidate will be based in Indore, working out of the office five days a week, and will be expected to communicate effectively with C-Level Executives and managers from various sized companies.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role are diverse and demanding, requiring a high level of organizational skill, strategic thinking, and the ability to work well under pressure. The Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact for many potential clients, making the ability to make a positive and professional impression crucial. What You Will Do
- Conduct a high volume of outbound prospecting and market nurturing activities to identify and engage potential clients.
- Develop and manage the sales cycle process from initial contact through to qualification, ensuring a thorough understanding of each prospect's business needs and how Vena's solutions can address them.
- Drive prospects to webinars, demos, and special events to showcase Vena's product offerings and build interest.
- Track and analyze sales progress, activity, and territory market data in Salesforce to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Initiate and coordinate marketing strategies and actions to influence the market and generate leads.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on Vena's products, sales methodologies, and market trends.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices in sales development.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the target market, including C-Level Executives and key decision-makers.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with clients at all levels, particularly C-Level Executives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, with a track record of success in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new sales technologies.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and methodologies, with the ability to think strategically and solve problems.
