About the Role

The Sales Development role at Elevenlabs is a critical component of the company's strategy to expand its reach and partner with enterprises to leverage its breakthrough voice technology. This role involves conducting thorough research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market in Southern Europe, with a focus on Spain. The successful candidate will engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers. The ultimate goal is to build an effective outbound sales strategy that drives business growth.

As part of the Sales Development team, the candidate will work closely with the Account Executives to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends. This collaboration is key to continuously refining and adjusting outreach strategies based on the feedback loop. The role requires a deep understanding of the market, the ability to analyze data, and the skill to optimize strategies for better results.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market in Southern Europe.
  • Engage in outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to potential customers.
  • Develop and implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executives to share insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
  • Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on the feedback loop.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities.
  • Analyze data to optimize strategies for better results in collaboration with the sales leadership.
  • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience with a proven track record of securing net-new business meetings.
  • Strong ability to build and qualify opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and verticals.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adjust and Excel for data analysis and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights.
  • Experience in the tech or AI industry is beneficial but not required.

  • Experience with sales automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the Southern European market and its specific business nuances.
  • Fluency in languages relevant to the region, in addition to English.
