About the Role

The Sales Development Representative role at Elevenlabs is a key position that focuses on building an effective outbound sales strategy. As a crucial member of the sales team, you will work closely with Account Executives to identify and engage potential leads within the target market. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting research, initiating contact with potential customers, and implementing personalized outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market, utilizing market research expertise and Excel skills.
  • Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers.
  • Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion, leveraging AI-driven sales solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
  • Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on the feedback loop, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results, driving business growth through AI-driven solutions.
  • Utilize Elevenlabs' AI platforms, including ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI, to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elevenlabs' products and services, including the human-like AI voice model.

What We Are Looking For

  • Prior outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of securing new business meetings, preferably in the AI or tech industry.
