About the Role
As a Sales Director at CSG, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of the company's print and mail communications portfolio. This will involve owning and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts and prospects, designing and executing go-to-market strategies, and leading complex sales cycles. You will be the key interface between CSG's Communication Design & Delivery organization and its customers, responsible for crafting value propositions, messaging, and customer-ready presentations that articulate the value of CSG's services.The Communication Design & Delivery organization is a key part of CSG's business, helping the world's leading brands design, produce, and deliver critical customer communications across print and digital channels. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve working closely with internal leaders and experts in operations, product, implementation, and solution design to ensure that proposed solutions are deliverable, scalable, and differentiated. You will also be responsible for educating and challenging customers with unique insights into how CSG's communication design and delivery capabilities can improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and deliver measurable ROI.
What You Will Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts and prospects in the target markets, with a focus on print and mail communications solutions
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies that align CSG's CDD capabilities with customer communication, marketing, and customer experience objectives
- Lead and orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from early discovery and solution shaping through to commercial negotiation and contract signature
- Craft compelling value propositions, messaging, and customer-ready presentations that clearly articulate the value of CSG's communication design and delivery services
- Partner with internal leaders and experts in operations, product, implementation, and solution design to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable, scalable, and differentiated
- Create and execute account and pursuit plans for new logo CDD accounts, identifying opportunities for new revenue and add-on services across the print and mail portfolio
- Prospect, qualify, and develop opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship building, converting interest into well-qualified, high-value deals
- Lead the full sales process, including discovery, solution framing, and value proposition design for CDD solutions
- Develop and present proposals and RFX responses, negotiating pricing and commercial terms in line with CSG guidelines
- Coordinate internal and third-party stakeholders as part of the pursuit team
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of formal print and mail experience within the target markets, with a strong understanding of transactional print and critical customer communications
- Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize prospects in the transactional print space, leveraging subject matter experts to build credibility with key decision-makers
- Executive presence and strategic mindset, with experience leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities
- Strong commercial and solution orientation, able to quickly assess complex situations, shape the right solution, and articulate its value and ROI
- Advanced communication skills, with a track record of influencing, negotiating, and closing complex sales deals
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with a true sales hunter mentality – self-motivated, resilient, and outcome-driven
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

- Experience working with digital communication tools and platforms, such as email, SMS, and online portals
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in print and mail communications, including digital printing, variable data printing, and automated mail processing
