About the Role

The Sales Director – Fire Enterprise at Honeywell International Inc. is a pivotal role that drives revenue growth and manages a team of Regional Sales Managers. This position is critical to the company's success, as it directly impacts sales performance and contributes to overall business growth and market leadership. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of sales, leadership, and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and provide strategic insights to senior management.

As a key member of the team, the Sales Director will report directly to the BA Canada General Manager and will be responsible for the Fire LOB revenue, leading the sales team to achieve their annual operating plans (AOP) and execute on their strategic plans (STRAP) for growth. This will involve developing a business growth strategy, engaging and aligning cross-functional matrix support to drive business performance, and leading the Voice of Customer for all business change plans.

The role will operate on a remote work schedule, with 50% travel required. This offers the opportunity for a flexible work environment, while also providing the chance to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure success
  • Build strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions
  • Provide strategic insights to senior management, informing business decisions and driving growth
  • Develop a business growth strategy, engaging and aligning cross-functional matrix support
  • Lead the Voice of Customer for all business change plans, ensuring customer needs are met

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth
  • Strong customer relationships, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
