About the Role

The Sales Enablement Analyst role at Alpaca is a critical component of the company's growth strategy. As a key member of the Broker API division, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales operations, data analysis, and stakeholder management.

The Sales Enablement Analyst will work closely with the Broker Sales team to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to address these needs. This will involve analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing recommendations for process improvements. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Solutions, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Develop targeted solutions to address sales team needs and improve sales performance
  • Build and maintain core sales assets, including sales collateral, case studies, and data sheets
  • Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Work with the Product team to identify and prioritize product enhancements that will improve sales efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for how the company can leverage these trends to drive growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and sales team needs
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and sales analytics software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with remote teams and stakeholders

  • Experience working in the fintech or financial services industry
