Job Description

About the Role

The Sales Enablement and Training Manager will play a vital role in Socure's Global Enablement team, ensuring the successful rollout of new learning courses and paths for various personas within the organization. This role will collaborate with departments across sales, engineering, data science, and other disciplines to create and deliver high-impact learning experiences. As a key member of the team, the Sales Enablement and Training Manager will work closely with the Head of Global Enablement to develop and implement training programs that cater to the needs of Socure's growing employee base.

The Global Enablement team is responsible for leading Socure University, which provides employees with the essential product and industry knowledge needed to excel in their roles. As the company continues to expand, the Sales Enablement and Training Manager will be instrumental in scaling training programs to meet the needs of new hires and existing employees.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and roll out new learning courses and paths for various personas, including Account Executives, Sales Consultants, and Technical Program Managers
  • Create AI role plays for different personas to enhance sales and customer success skills
  • Conduct 1:1 sessions with new hires during their first year to ensure they are on track with their training and provide corrective action if needed
  • Provide administrative support, including entering new hires into the Learning Management System (LMS) and recording training attendance
  • Track enablement activities and scores of employee training, as well as certification requirements
  • Coordinate training events and collaborative cross-team initiatives to promote knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience with training
  • Gather data and feedback on program engagement and efficacy, creating reports for leadership to inform future training initiatives
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies to ensure Socure's enablement programs remain industry-leading

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales enablement or a related field
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as LearnUpon, Mindtickle, Showpad, or Highspot
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and technologies
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks from start to finish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels within the organization
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to create insightful and actionable reports
