About the Role
The Sales Enablement Manager plays a critical role in standardizing excellence in sales communications and compliance at BloomGuarden. As the custodian of the company's brand standard within the sales organization, this professional will be responsible for developing and implementing specialized tools to monitor and improve the quality of sales communications. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of sales operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, with a strong ability to analyze trends and develop targeted training resources.The Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with the sales team to ensure that every customer interaction reflects the high standard of the BloomGuarden brand. This will involve developing and facilitating comprehensive training programs, managing the sales knowledge base, and conducting regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement specialized tools to monitor and improve the quality of sales communications
- Analyze trends to develop targeted training resources and refine sales talk tracks
- Maintain the sales knowledge base, including playbooks for at-need, immediate-need, and pre-need product lines
- Facilitate comprehensive training programs for sales teams, including new hire onboarding and ongoing education
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage the acquisition and maintenance of state-specific funeral director and arranger licenses
- Develop and implement a resident and non-resident life insurance licensing process for sales teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sales communications
- Develop and maintain a license requirement matrix to ensure audit readiness
What We Are Looking For
- 5-8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales productivity, sales operations, or education
- Advanced mastery of HubSpot CRM, Notion, and other sales enablement tools
- Strong understanding of sales operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in developing and facilitating comprehensive training programs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in the technology or insurance industry
- Familiarity with state insurance and funeral board regulations
