Teya is committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, and this role is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values collaboration, innovation, and simplicity.

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be the face of the sales enablement function in Italy, and your mission will be to enable and retain high-performing sales and partnership teams. You will achieve this by building and maintaining a clear sales academy and playbook, reducing reactive support, and equipping managers and team leads with the systems, content, and insights they need to coach effectively.

  • Adapt global product, pricing, and compliance materials into winning local sales narratives
  • Design and execute structured onboarding programs to reduce time-to-first-deal and ensure new hires hit quota faster
  • Deliver workshops and scenario-based coaching to bridge performance gaps identified by managers
  • Act as the power user for HubSpot and sales dashboards to simplify processes and improve CRM hygiene
  • Use performance data to spot recurring blockers and solve them with targeted enablement content
  • Channel field insights back to Product and Marketing to influence future pricing and features
  • Ensure a consistent 'Teya Story' across all channels—Inside Sales, Field, and Partnerships

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or sales enablement in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and sales reporting
  • Proven ability to translate complex topics into simple, practical training and content
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience working with small, scaling commercial teams, where one enablement role supports multiple channels
  • Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Adjust or similar sales analytics tools
  • Knowledge of the Fintech industry and its trends
  • Certification in sales enablement or a related field
  • Experience with content creation and storytelling

Benefits and Perks

  • Competitive gross salary plus bonus paid every month
  • Corporate Welfare (€142 net per month)
  • €8 net per day in meal vouchers with Coverflex
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel
  • Tertiary sector CCNL framework
  • Health insurance coverage
  • 26 days of annual leave (plus local bank holidays)
  • Flexible work model ensuring a true work-life balance
  • Opportunity to work with a leading Fintech company and make a real impact on the industry
  • Collaboration with a dynamic and passionate team
  • Professional development and growth opportunities
  • Access to the latest sales enablement tools and technologies
