About the Role
As a Sales Engineer, Channel Partnerships at Yelp, you will be the technical backbone for the company's Channel Partner ecosystem.Responsibilities
- Support the integration of Yelp's Reporting API, Leads API, and Ads API.
- Work directly with Channel Partner sales reps and their agency clients for a smooth onboarding experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to identify technical opportunities and surface client feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar technical client-facing role.
- Hands-on experience supporting API integrations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts.
