## About the Role The Sales Engineer role at ICAPE GROUP is a key position focused on driving business growth in the German market through the development of long-term partnerships and delivery of customized technical solutions to the electronics industry. This role is fully remote, offering the opportunity to work independently while still being part of a dynamic team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be the bridge between customers and the company's technical capabilities, ensuring that solutions meet the evolving needs of the electronics sector.

Day-to-day, you will interact with customers, understand their technical requirements, and propose solutions that leverage ICAPE GROUP's portfolio of products and services, including cable assemblies, transformers, keypads & displays, and metal & plastic technical parts. Your mission will be to identify new business opportunities, manage and grow existing customer accounts, and achieve sales and revenue targets. This is a high-impact role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

The role is part of ICAPE GROUP's broader strategy to expand its presence in the European market, focusing on delivering high-quality, customized solutions to its customers. You will work closely with various teams, including Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

## What You Will Do - Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in Germany - Manage and grow existing customer accounts to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets - Understand customer needs and translate them into technical and supply-chain solutions - Prepare quotations and lead commercial negotiations with customers - Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain - Monitor customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement processes - Report regularly to management on sales results, pipeline, and opportunities - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of ICAPE GROUP's products and services - Participate in industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and technologies - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive

## What We Are Looking For - 2-3+ years of sales experience in the electronics industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets - Technical background preferred, with a Bachelor's degree being a plus but not required - Fluent German and advanced English language skills, both written and spoken - Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision - Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and industry events - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand technical requirements - Experience with CRM software and sales management tools

## Nice to Have - Experience working with international teams and customers - Knowledge of the German market and its specific regulations and standards - Certification in sales or a related field - Familiarity with cloud-based sales and customer management tools - Basic understanding of electronics and electromechanics
