What You Will Do

  • Develop and deliver customized presentations and product demos to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop effective sales strategies
  • Provide technical support to customers during the sales process and post-sales deployment
  • Document interesting use cases and success stories in blog posts and product documentation
  • Travel to customer sites for meetings, demos, and training sessions (up to 30% of the time)
  • Participate in sales calls, meetings, and other customer-facing activities
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and insights on product features and enhancements
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cribl's products, competitors, and industry trends

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in sales engineering, professional services, or support in the IT operations and security space
