About the Role

What You Will Do
- Partner with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive the adoption of Cribl's Storage & Analysis products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and value of Cribl's solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and insights that inform the product roadmap.
- Develop and maintain technical sales materials, including demos, presentations, and data sheets.
- Participate in proof-of-concept activities and ensure successful outcomes.
- Document use cases and contribute to product documentation and marketing materials.
- Travel up to 30% for customer meetings, industry events, and internal workshops.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in sales engineering, professional services, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully selling into both new and existing customers, with a strong ability to expand existing relationships.
- Background in logs, metrics, observability, IT operations, or security solutions, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies and the ability to teach others on identifying new and existing opportunities.
- Strong presentation, demonstration, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
