Job Description

About the Role

GigaBrands is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth through strategic B2B sales. As a closer, you will be responsible for turning qualified leads into signed consulting and management clients. With the support of an internal AI platform, you will run discovery and audit/strategy calls with brand founders and operators, presenting data-backed diagnoses of their Amazon businesses and handling objections to drive decision-making.

The role is part of a dynamic team focused on helping 6–8-figure Amazon and DTC brands enhance their growth through improved PPC efficiency, listing/SEO, creative, CRO, and operational structure. Your expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Excel will be crucial in managing sales pipelines and analyzing client data.

What You Will Do

  • Run 50+ discovery and audit/strategy calls per month with Amazon/eCom brand owners and decision-makers.
  • Open every call with a clear frame and agenda, setting the expectation for a decision to be made on the call.
  • Conduct real discovery and qualification, including discussions on revenue, margins, ad spend, growth goals, current team, decision process, budget, and who actually signs.
  • Surface real, logical, and emotional pain points and build urgency.
  • Present audit findings credibly, walking brands through their PPC, SEO/listing, and pre-call audit findings and proposals.
  • Translate technical metrics like ACOS/TACOS, CVR, AOV, LTV/CAC, and ranking gaps into dollars left on the table.
  • Close deals, pitching sub-
    50k/mo brands on the first call and handling a tight two-call process for larger brands.
  • Handle objections, present pricing, and ask for the business.
  • Own follow-up like a system, capturing phone numbers and notes in Close CRM, confirming every calendar invite within 24 hours, and running disciplined no-show recovery.
  • Hit monthly cash targets and keep your pipeline and projections accurate and current.
  • Leverage the AI stack while keeping all prospect-facing communication human and consultative.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience closing B2B/high-ticket deals over Zoom with a documented close rate.
  • Hands-on eCommerce/Amazon experience, with the ability to speak fluently with brand owners about PPC, listings/SEO, CVR, ACOS/TACOS, ROAS, AOV, and LTV/CAC.
  • Proven ability to run consultative discovery and build urgency without being pushy.
  • CRM discipline and follow-up rigor.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and executive presence with founders.
  • Comfort in a remote, async, AI-heavy operating environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling marketing/agency or done-for-you services to eCom brands.
  • Familiarity with presenting audits or proposals built by a delivery/analyst team.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Helium 10, or PPC tooling.
