About the Role
The Sales Executive role at GeoEdge is a critical position that will drive the company's growth in the DACH region, with a strong focus on the German digital advertising market. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for leading strategic sales efforts, managing and growing a high-value pipeline, and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the adtech ecosystem. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure long-term client growth and provide insights into regional market trends and customer needs.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include building, managing, and owning a sales pipeline, including lead generation, outbound outreach, prioritization, and tracking key metrics. You will also be responsible for leading the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, across Germany and the broader DACH region. This will require a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, as well as the ability to pitch and close complex deals with senior stakeholders.

What You Will Do
- Build, manage, and own a sales pipeline, including lead generation, outbound outreach, prioritization, and tracking key metrics
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, across Germany and the broader DACH region
- Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers at publishers, SSPs, platforms, and media companies
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and performance reporting
- Adapt GeoEdge’s global value proposition into impactful, localized sales narratives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure long-term client growth
- Provide insights into regional market trends and customer needs to shape strategic and product direction
- Represent GeoEdge at key industry events throughout Europe, both virtually and in person
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the programmatic advertising ecosystem and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, with a strong track record in Germany and DACH markets
- Proven success managing the full sales cycle and consistently hitting revenue goals
- Strong network across publishers, SSPs, and media platforms
- Ability to pitch and close complex deals with senior stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with strong relationship-building skills at the C-suite, VP, and Director levels
- Native or fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
- Experience working with programmatic advertising platforms, such as Google Ad Manager or AppNexus
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including trends and challenges
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Excel and other data analysis tools
- Knowledge of the adtech industry, including key players and trends
- Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management tools, such as Salesforce
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
