About the Role
The Sales Executive - Fuel (US) role at Kalibrate is a key position that will drive revenue growth and expansion in the US market. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals that meet or exceed sales targets. This role will require a strong understanding of the retail fuel and convenience industry, as well as the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in net new business sales, with a strong focus on digital skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be working closely with the SVP, Customer - Fuel & Mobility Retail Solutions, to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and expansion.

What You Will Do
- Deliver net new business sales within designated industry sectors and territories to meet or exceed sales targets
- Establish and build relationships with prospective new clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Perform due diligence throughout the sales cycle to ensure successful and profitable engagements with prospective clients
- Generate interest and leads across a range of prospective clients to support Kalibrate's ongoing business development and growth objectives
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate onboarding and transition of new clients
- Negotiate terms of software evaluations, project/consulting services, and subscription agreements
- Ensure legal terms and conditions of contract documents are reviewed and approved prior to signature
- Follow Kalibrate's sales process, maintaining prescribed tracking and forecasting in the CRM
- Produce and publish sales visit reports following each prospective client meeting
- Aid in the development of sales support materials, including presentations
- Promote open communication and teamwork across internal stakeholder groups working on opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in net new business software sales in a commercial and relevant industry environment
- Direct sales experience selling to C-Level and Middle Management personnel
- Experience selling net new high-value deals through complex sales cycles that combine SaaS and Service components
- Strong time management skills and ability to respond well to time pressures and deadlines
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and judgment skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities - both written and oral
- Skilled at establishing, understanding, and articulating prospective client needs
- Skilled at negotiating and closing deals
- Demonstrable skills in developing prospective client relationships to deliver incremental business value
- Experience in the retail fuel and convenience industry is an advantage
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
- Knowledge of the US retail fuel and convenience market
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Certification in sales or a related field
