The Sales Executive position at Ampa is a crucial component of the company's mission to make brain stimulation technology universally accessible, aiming to eradicate depression and improve millions of lives. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification, engagement, and closure of new provider accounts, including psychiatrists, clinics, and hospital systems. What You Will Do

  • Own the top of the funnel: prospect, outreach, qualify, and build a high-value pipeline of potential clients
  • Close net new business across independent practices, multi-site clinics, and regional health systems
  • Educate prospects on the clinical, operational, and financial value of Ampa's neuromodulation technology
  • Strategically navigate multiple stakeholders and buying processes, including clinical, administrative, and financial decision-makers
  • Hit and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinical Operations, and Product teams to surface insights and drive constant iteration
  • Represent Ampa with integrity, credibility, and urgency, reflecting the company's mission and values in all interactions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Utilize GTM strategies to optimize sales approaches and maximize market penetration

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or digital health
  • Proven track record as a top performer in an outbound or hunter role, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling to private practice clinicians, clinical directors, or healthcare executives, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges
  • Self-starter mentality: the ability to work independently, build and execute sales strategies with minimal oversight
  • High empathy and low ego: a customer-centric approach combined with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Grit, speed, and precision: the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high standards of performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Familiarity with neuromodulation, behavioral health, or early-stage startups is a plus
