What You Will Do

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts
  • Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads
  • Drive sales efforts by identifying and qualifying distribution partners and leads
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system
  • Represent Oscar Health's product in the market at events and conferences as needed
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and feedback
  • Identify areas where tools and processes can be improved
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and company events, which may require travel
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience in a sales role or sales organization
  • 2+ years of experience presenting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Must be a licensed insurance professional or obtain within the first 90 days
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with lead generation and sales analytics

  • Experience with health insurance sales
