What You Will Do

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics to ensure accuracy and rigor.
• Identify and correct factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality and domain relevance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to review and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI research and sales strategies.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for GTM evaluation.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in general sales and GTM.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and correct errors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, structured feedback.
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
• Strong understanding of AI model outputs and their applications in sales and marketing.
• Experience working with AI research teams or similar environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
