About the Role
The Sales Manager position at 5Blue Software is a key role that entails building and managing a pipeline of new clients from scratch, running full-cycle deals, and developing partnerships to expand the company's network across the US and European markets. As a sales manager, you will be working closely with C-level stakeholders on the client side, attending industry events, and representing the company in client meetings across Europe. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, pitching the company's services, and negotiating deals to meet revenue targets.The sales team at 5Blue Software is collaborative and international, with a focus on achieving results without micromanagement. As a sales manager, you will be expected to work independently, using your expertise and experience to drive business growth and develop the company's presence in the US and European markets.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of new clients from scratch through outbound sales efforts
- Run full-cycle deals, from initial contact to signed contract
- Develop partnerships and expand the company's network across the US and European markets
- Attend industry events and client meetings across Europe
- Work directly with C-level stakeholders on the client side to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Negotiate deals and terms to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve sales strategies
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Represent the company in industry conferences and events
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's services and offerings
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales management
- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, custom software development, or AI services
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- English language proficiency at C1+ level
- Open to business travel across Europe for client meetings and industry conferences

- Experience working with US and European clients
- Knowledge of the software development industry and its trends
