About the Role

Swaarm, a pioneering adtech startup, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive its growth in China. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's global sales strategy with a focus on the Chinese market. This is a unique opportunity to join a young and well-funded company that is revolutionizing the way businesses approach marketing and attribution. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and collaborate with experienced adtech operators to drive Swaarm's presence and momentum across China.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Chinese adtech market and a proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You will be the face of Swaarm in China, building strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, affiliate networks, and strategic partners. Your expertise in mobile performance marketing, attribution, and tracking will be essential in driving Swaarm's growth and helping its clients achieve their marketing goals.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute Swaarm's sales strategy in China, focusing on outbound advertisers, domestic affiliate networks, and mobile measurement partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advertisers, agencies, and affiliate networks
  • Represent Swaarm at industry events and conferences, promoting its cutting-edge marketing and attribution platform
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Travel to customer meetings and industry events (up to 30%)
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and leadership to inform product development and sales strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to refine and improve the sales strategy
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Swaarm's products and services, including its marketing and attribution platform

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in measurement and/or mobile performance marketing within Ad Networks or Affiliate ecosystems
  • B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in the adtech industry
  • Established relationships within China's mobile app, gaming, performance marketing, or affiliate ecosystem
  • Experience working with outbound advertisers, domestic affiliate networks, CPI/CPA platforms, or MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or similar
  • Strong understanding of concepts like tracking, attribution, ad serving, and their impact on digital advertising businesses
  • Native or fluent Mandarin, with strong written and spoken English required for HQ and global client communication
  • A proactive and curious mindset, not afraid to challenge the status quo, take ownership, and ask questions

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with international clients or in a global sales role
  • Knowledge of the Chinese adtech market and its key players
  • Familiarity with data analytics and automation tools
  • Certification in sales or marketing, such as HubSpot or Google Analytics
