About the Role

What You Will Do
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to help them succeed
- Drive expansion and growth across the company's install base, with a focus on upsell and cross-sell revenue
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales team members to help them improve their performance
- Collaborate with the sales operations team to ensure that sales processes and systems are optimized

- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving expansion and growth
- Strong background in GTM and Salesforce skills
- Experience leading high-performing sales teams and building a strong culture of sales excellence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and metrics
